Job Description

Overview: The BPO HR position plays a vital role in managing the human resources aspects of the Business Process Outsourcing industry which is characterized by its highvolume workforce and dynamic operational challenges. This role ensures the company attracts retains and develops skilled employees who can meet the service expectations of clients. The BPO HR professional is responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives supporting talent acquisition processes and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. Effective management of employee relations and a focus on compliance with local labor laws are critical components to foster a positive work environment. Additionally the BPO HR acts as a bridge between employees and management facilitating communication and ensuring a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement. With industryspecific challenges this role requires adaptability and a keen understanding of the BPO environment making it an essential function within the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies tailored for the BPO environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle performance appraisal processes and employee feedback.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support talent retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking.
  • Maintain HR information systems and employee records.
  • Provide HR reports and analyses to management.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in employee training and development.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems.
  • Experience with conflict management and resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
  • Understanding of multicultural work environment dynamics.
