Job Description
Our team is responsible for the implementation of the Avaloq Crypto Assets Platform.
You will be surrounded by smart highly capable people who are passionate to build the next generation of innovative applications to address the upcoming challenges of the Crypto and Blockchain industry.
We are looking for passionate Technical Business Analyst for Digital Assets in Banking to join our team and bring these innovative designs live.

Your key tasks
- Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements for digital asset banking in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define workflows and solution documents for digital asset trading and settlement ensuring integration with custody and blockchain systems.
- Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
- Validate implemented solutions through quality assurance to ensure they meet business expectations.
- Embed regulatory and compliance requirements including digital asset custody AML and KYC into technical solutions.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of business analysis experience including requirements engineering test case creation and solution validation.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of banking (especially transaction banking) blockchain technology and digital assets.
- Experience working in agile environments collaborating with software development teams and bridging business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modern frontend/backend technologies API functionality system integrations and database architectures.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence along with excellent communication skills for simplifying complex requirements.
