Are you a passionate problemsolver with a strong technical background in 3D software and a drive to deliver exceptional customer support Were seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a T4 contract basis in a hybrid role based in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company providing expert assistance to customers while leveraging your skills in troubleshooting relationshipbuilding and technical analysis.
In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing a variety of technical inquiries related to industryleading software like 3DS Max and Maya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly efficient and timely assistance to customers with technical inquiries.
- Investigate verify and document productrelated issues.
- Proactively manage support cases and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and strategies.
- Prioritize support requests across Standard Premium and Enterprise levels.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of technical support experience with expertise in 3DS Max and/or Maya.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Mac OS and Linux platforms.
- 5 years in the Media and Entertainment industry with a deep understanding of industry workflows.
- Scripting/programming experience (MEL Python PyMel) is a plus.
- Excellent communication time management and problemsolving abilities.
- A proactive mindset adaptability to change and eagerness to learn new technology.
