About Us:

CTS People on behalf of the Cometti Group are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our expansive family of businesses encompassing a Tyre Services company with locations across Western Australia South Australia and the Northern Territory a Truck Sales and Services business in Bunbury a Tyre Recycling operation and an Immigration and Recruitment business based in Perth. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the businesstobusiness transportation and mining sectors providing toptier services and solutions across these sectors and industries.

The Role:

As Accounts Officer you will play a pivotal role in our financial team ensuring the seamless operation of our finance tasks and contributing to our ongoing growth and development. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will engage in a range of financial processes from managing accounts receivable and payable to preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing accounts receivable processes including invoicing reconciliations and payment allocations.
  • Assisting with accounts payable tasks as required.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports.
  • Maintaining and improving financial procedures and controls.
  • Providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounts role particularly with accounts receivable responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite SAP).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Outstanding organisational and timemanagement abilities.
  • A proactive goaloriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic teamdriven environment.

This is an officebased role Monday to Friday where your attention to detail efficiency and problemsolving abilities will be highly valued.
