Job Description
We are currently seeking a casual Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.
About the role:
- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Hours: Monday Friday only 25 hours per week.
Hourly Rate: Monday Friday: $32.25 per hour super
Qualifications :
Successful applicants will have:
- Demonstrated handson experience in building maintenance with a proven track record of performing maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A solid work ethic and the proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues guests and external contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Availability to work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility to accommodate operational needs.
