Working in a busy team environment your new position as a Load Control Officer will see you responsible for planning coordinating and producing all loading weight and balance documentation in accordance with Company and Client airline specifications for passenger cargo and fuel requirements. In this safety critical role you will ensure the safe distribution of the aircraft load while maximising available cargo space.  

Youll have  

• Flexibility to work a 7day rotating roster
• A profound understanding and demonstrated experience in Qantas and/or Aviation operations
• A high degree of personal organisation with proven ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A passion for technical data management
• Proven problem solving capabilities and ability to handle high pressure situations conflict resolution skills
• Ability to interact constructively and consistently with team members other departments and external customers of all levels
• Working knowledge of the FM system & Manual Load Plans or willing to undertake this training
• Dangerous Goods Awareness certification or willingness to undertake this training
