Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule; No fixed weekends off

Requirements:

Strong preference for TLs in a cryptocurrency account. Open to candidates from international banking and finance accounts.
Should be a team lead in a voice campaign
At least 2 years of customer service experience at least 2 years as a team lead
Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu in graveyard/shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
