We are looking for a Technology Vendor Management Lead to work for one of our clients in BGC.
This role is on a Hybrid (3x a week onsite) work set up that follows a Midshift Schedule.
Salary is up to 80K based on interview result and experience
Job Summary:
The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the service provider lifecycle ensuring compliance with the global service provider management framework and maintaining key service provider management tools and systems. This role requires close collaboration with service business owners technology teams and internal and external stakeholders to enhance service provider governance monitoring and performance assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Provider Lifecycle Management: Support service owners during the selection appointment onboarding monitoring and offboarding of service providers.
- Technology Support: Assist the technology team in managing service provider tools and systems effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Provider Management team on various service provider management activities.
- Governance Compliance: Enforce adherence to the global service provider management framework across the technology function.
- Register of Information (ROI) Maintenance: Maintain and update the ROI in collaboration with respective service business owners.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct annual risk assessments for service providers to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Perform spot checks on service provider management activities and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure service providers are monitored by relevant business areas through KPIs KRIs and other tracking mechanisms.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage governance framework tasks and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure completeness and accuracy of service provider data within the service provider management tool.
- Process Optimization: Update processes procedures guidelines and documentation as required.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong working relationships with key service providers.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Engage regularly with internal technology teams and members of management to facilitate smooth service provider operations.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in service provider/vendor management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks risk assessment and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with service provider management tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
- Knowledge of KPI/KRI monitoring and performance management techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in PMP and/or Scrum
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technologydriven organization / Large Outsourcing Banking and Financial services organization
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. Certification is preferred but not mandatory
