Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and preferences.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products or services and penetrate new
markets.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track sales performance against targets and KPIs analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management highlighting achievements challenges and
opportunities.
Implement strategies to optimize sales processes streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Channel Sales Development & Management:
Create a strategy finalizing the plan for next stet of dealers to acquire and execute dealer acquisition plan.
Own supplier channel strategy partner acquisition and revenue generated from the channel.
Lead empower and mobilize a team of partner sales managers and maintain relations with the end dealers
