As we expand across India we are looking for passionate Territory Heads to establish and lead our sales network in their respective regions.
Position Overview: As the National Sales Head you will spearhead Solnce Energys efforts to expand its footprint across 12 states. This role requires an innovative thinker a gogetter with a customerfocused approach and an inspiring leader capable of managing and motivating a highperforming sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Expansion:
o Strategize and execute the launch of branches in 12 states ensuring operational readiness and success.
o Identify key markets and establish a presence in target regions.
2. Sales Leadership:
o Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
o Lead mentor and motivate the sales team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
3. Customer Engagement:
o Build and nurture relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
o Champion a customerfirst approach to drive satisfaction and retention.
4. Market Intelligence:
o Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
o Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
5. Performance Management:
o Set and monitor sales objectives quotas and KPIs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
6. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing product development and operations teams to enhance offerings and optimize the customer journey.
7. Travel & Flexibility:
o Be prepared to travel extensively for client meetings market research and branch operations.
o Adapt strategies quickly to respond to market challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
810 years of experience in sales and marketing with proven success in the solar PV or renewable energy sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools analytics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to relocate to Surat HQ for some time and travel as required.
