As we expand across India we are looking for passionate Territory Heads to establish and lead our sales network in their respective regions.
Position Overview: As a Territory Head you will be responsible for building and managing the sales network in your assigned region (West South or North India). This is a critical leadership role requiring exceptional teambuilding skills persistence and strategic execution. You will relocate within your territory as needed to ensure the successful establishment of our operations.
Salary Range:
Basic Salary: 960000 per annum
Share Incentive: 340000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Development:
o Build and establish a robust sales network in the assigned territory.
o Identify key markets and create strategies for market penetration.
o Recruit train and manage sales teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Sales Leadership:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
o Lead by example mentoring the team and driving performance excellence.
o Ensure the team embodies Solnce Energys values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients distributors and other key stakeholders.
o Act as the face of Solnce Energy in your territory fostering trust and credibility.
4. Performance Management:
o Monitor team performance against sales targets and implement corrective measures when necessary.
o Use analytics and CRM tools to track progress and refine strategies.
5. Regional Strategy & Adaptation:
o Stay informed about local market dynamics competition and regulatory changes.
o Adapt sales approaches to address regional challenges and opportunities.
6. Relocation & Travel:
o Be prepared to relocate within your territory as required to oversee operations.
o Travel extensively to meet clients conduct market research and support team activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Proven track record of building and leading highperforming sales teams.
Strong teambuilding problemsolving and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and maintain persistence in challenging situations.
