Job Description
Position : Operational Head
Job location : Pune
Salary : 25 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Process Optimization: Oversee waste collection segregation and conversion processes to maximize fuel yield and minimize environmental impact.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain Oversight: Ensure a steady supply of raw materials and seamless distribution of end products through efficient logistics and partnerships.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations safety protocols and quality standards for fuel production.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage operational budgets ensuring cost control and achieving financial targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers regulators and partners to support business growth.
- Technology Integration: Identify and implement advanced technologies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in operations management preferably in waste management renewable energy or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of wastetofuel technologies and processes.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and environmental standards in India.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement datadriven decisions.
- Degree in Environmental Science Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
