As we expand across India we are looking for passionate Territory Heads to establish and lead our sales network in their respective regions.
Position Overview: As a Regional Head you will play a critical role in establishing and managing the sales network in your designated city/region. This leadership role demands exceptional persistence teambuilding capabilities and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth and ensure operational success.
Compensation Package:
Basic Salary: 840000 per annum
Share Incentive: 260000
Performance Incentive:
Travel Allowance: 800000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Network Development:
o Build and manage a robust sales network in your assigned region.
o Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales team.
o Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
2. Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead mentor and motivate your team to achieve performance goals.
o Foster a positive collaborative work environment that promotes growth and innovation.
o Monitor and improve team performance to align with company objectives.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build strong relationships with clients distributors and stakeholders.
o Act as the companys representative in the region ensuring excellent customer service.
4. Performance Tracking & Strategy:
o Set regional sales targets monitor progress and implement improvement plans.
o Utilize CRM and analytics tools for performance tracking and strategy optimization.
5. Market Insights & Adaptation:
o Stay informed about local market trends competition and regulatory changes.
o Adapt sales strategies to meet regional challenges and opportunities effectively.
6. Relocation & Travel:
o Be prepared to relocate temporarily within your assigned region if required.
o Travel extensively within the region to oversee operations conduct market research and engage with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
4 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Proven ability to lead and manage highperforming teams.
Strong leadership interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Resilient and persistent with a resultsdriven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics software.
