Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager Solar PV Industry

As we expand across India we are looking for passionate Territory Heads to establish and lead our sales network in their respective regions.

Position Overview: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth building a strong network and managing sales teams in their designated region. This role requires exceptional leadership customer engagement skills and a resultsoriented mindset to ensure success in a competitive market.

Compensation Package:

Basic Salary: 600000 per annum

Share Incentive: 200000

Performance Incentive:

Travel Allowance: 700000

Total Annual Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth & Market Expansion:

o Drive sales growth in the assigned area by identifying opportunities and implementing strategic plans.

o Build and expand the regional sales network fostering partnerships with key stakeholders.

2. Team Management:

o Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team to achieve performance goals.

o Motivate and manage team members to exceed sales targets and KPIs.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

o Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure longterm partnerships.

o Deliver exceptional customer service and promote Solnce Energys solutions effectively.

4. Performance Monitoring:

o Track team and individual performance using CRM tools and analytics platforms.

o Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance insights to management.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

o Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes.

o Adapt sales strategies to address market dynamics and customer needs.

6. Travel & Area Management:

o Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet clients support team members and oversee operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

3 years of experience in sales preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
