Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for critical enterprise applications infrastructure platforms and network services. This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and involves working with applications such as Application Extender the LOV tool used for tracking wheel defects and providing additional support for the Work Management System as needed. The engineer will play a key role in resolving highimpact issues offering technical expertise and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production system support for endusers applications platforms and network services.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Support and maintain applications including Application Extender LOV tool and Work Management System.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement longterm solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and recommend optimization strategies.
- Document processes procedures and technical solutions to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Assist in projectrelated activities as a technical consultant and subject matter expert.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for system maintenance and security.
- Provide afterhours support as needed to address critical production issues.
