What Youll Be Doing:
Be the First Line of Support Answer incoming calls from customers and installers providing expert guidance on operations troubleshooting maintenance and installation support.
Deliver TopNotch Customer Experience Promote and maintain positive customer relations by offering clear friendly and professional assistance at all times.
Guide and Troubleshoot Like a Pro Provide overthephone troubleshooting and repair support to customers and installers ensuring smooth resolutions.
Teach and Train Instruct installers and customers on proper equipment installation operation and maintenance ensuring they fully understand their responsibilities.
ProblemSolve Efficiently Administer service programs to resolve technical issues and provide longterm solutions.
Coordinate OnSite Support Dispatch installers for handson service when issues go beyond phone troubleshooting.
Keep Everything Organized Prepare and maintain daily logs and records ensuring service calls issues and resolutions are welldocumented.
Help Improve Our Products Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and troubleshooting experiences.
Training is provided Well ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this role!
What We are Looking For:
Experience in Customer or Technical Support Prior experience in a call center or technical support environment is a plus.
Technical Aptitude You are comfortable troubleshooting software hardware or technical products and can explain solutions in a clear easytounderstand way.
Strong Communication Skills You can simplify technical jargon and maintain a professional friendly tone with customers.
ProblemSolving Mindset You can think critically and find effective solutions while keeping a calm composed approach.
Candidates must be open to working a 40hour flexible schedule within working hours.
Comfortable with Remote Work You have a reliable internet connection a quiet workspace and the ability to work independently while staying engaged with the team.
