Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Product Development Manager with strong expertise in product management and technical development. The ideal candidate will take ownership of product lifecycles align technical and business objectives and lead teams to deliver exceptional product solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision goals and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire crossfunctional teams including developers engineers and designers fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation and development to deployment and iteration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring clear communication of product goals and progress.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to understand technical challenges make architectural decisions and implement best practices.
• Requirements Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to gather define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Delivery Management: Develop and maintain detailed product plans including schedules milestones and risk mitigation strategies ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and performance of deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
• Agile Processes: Promote and implement agile methodologies and iterative development practices to enhance productivity and product outcomes.
• Market Trends: Stay informed about emerging technologies market trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain product relevance.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback incorporating insights into product development and improvement cycles.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and team efficiency.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics. Use these insights to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation. Analyze competitors products and positioning to ensure the development of differentiated and marketleading solutions.
• Proposal Management: Support RFP and proposal development efforts by collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create compelling proposals. Participate in product demonstrations and client presentations to showcase product capabilities and address client needs effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management product development or technical leadership roles.
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of software development architecture or system design.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional project management skills with experience in agile Scrum or other iterative methodologies.
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing crossfunctional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs.

• Experience with product management tools like Jira Confluence or similar platforms.
