Job Description

The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead and manage the medical billing and coding office with a focus on maximizing cash flow. This role involves overseeing all billing operations including coding charge entry claims submissions payment posting and accounts receivable followup. Ensuring compliance with Federal State and payer regulations is crucial as is preparing and analyzing financial and accounts receivable reports. You will supervise billing office personnel to ensure efficient billing and collections operations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Extensive knowledge of medical billing and coding
  • Strong management skills
  • Understanding of medical billing rules and regulations including Medicare MediCal and other insurances
  • Certified Coder certificate is a plus

  • At least 510 direct reports in management experience
  • Strong understanding of medical billing rules and regulations

  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Minimum of 8 years in medical insurance and healthcare billing
  • Clinic/private practice experience preferred
  • Cardiovascular experience is highly preferred
