Requirements
Must Have:
- Minimum of 8 years in medical insurance and healthcare billing
- Must have clinic/private practice experience
- Highly prefer Cardiovascular experience
- Highly prefer Cardiovascular experience
- Management Experience: At least 510 direct reports

- Certifications: Certified Coder

- This position requires a local presence in Sacramento CA NO Remote.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s Degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field. Licensing: Valid CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) license issued by the State of California Department of Health. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of training and/or experience in blood banking. Continuing Education: Able to complete 12 continuing education units annually, as required by licensing standards. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in laboratory information systems and familiarity with blood bank-specific software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. Excellent communication skills to effectively mentor staff and collaborate with medical and administrative teams. Ability to work independently and lead by example, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and commitment to patient safety.
