Provide presales and postsales onsite or online support to clients and professionally handle objections and questions. Troubleshooting of QC errors and guidance to customers.
Assess customer’s requirements and education needs. Training to customers on Quality Control Products to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Schedule and perform demonstrations on products as required to support assigned geography.
Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers: Advocacy role towards clients on accreditation and Quality Control global guidelines
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Working closely with sales team during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers.
Must be open to travel minimum 15 days in a month and required flexibility on working hours.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological science Biochemistry or equivalent degree.
Experience in application support role will be preferred
Quality Managers with minimum 56 years’ experience in a reputed medical laboratory.
Knowledge on Quality Control EQA Quality assessments must require.
ISO 15189 trained will be preferred.
Problem solving skills and extensive interpersonal organizational and communication skills
Able to work independently and ability to manage schedule remotely.
Computer proficiency and knowledge on laboratory workflow and information system.
Extensive customer interface and training skills.
