The Relationship Manager Medical Providers will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep sustainable relationships with hospital facilities medical clinics and medical or allied health practitioners to assist in the fast and safe exchange of medical information.
This will be achieved through implementing a relationshipbased account management strategy and balancing an understanding of the headwinds faced by healthcare providers with our customer needs to optimise service delivery and achieve a consistent & timely response to requests for information by provider and facility. Additionally the Relationship Manager Provider will lead UHGs relationships with key aligned stakeholder groups including but not limited to practice manager networks medical practitioner member organisations and medical practice software specialists.
