Job Description
- Highly sought after ACT Government Organisation
- Up to $119.77 per hour including Superannuation
- Reid ACT location
- Lead and manage the change projects to ensure a smooth transition from existing teaching/learning environments to new/upgraded facilities and campuses including relocation logistics operational adjustments and adaptation to the new environment.
- Implement change management strategies that address the cultural shift required for new digitally enabled work study and innovation places maximising stakeholder adoption and minimising disruption.
- Manage and implement the change management plan and associated documentation and reporting as well as communication and training collateral.
- Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives including implementing change management plans strategies for maximising employee adoption and mitigating resistance.
- Relocation and Transition Management: Proven ability to oversee the logistical and operational aspects of relocation including coordinating resources managing timelines and ensuring a smooth transition for stakeholders and operations.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Create content and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport influence stakeholders and effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
