In this newly created role youll get an opportunity to practise and enhance your people leadership skills and grow your operational management skills. This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Services Manager and supervises shifts over The Cliveden Bar & Dining our in house restaurant.
The key responsibilities in this role are unique to this hotel and include (but not limited to):
- Lead by example to provide efficient friendly & professional food & beverage service to all guests.
- Support rostering to ensure coverage is maintained at all time.
- Communicate directly with your front of house team kitchen team and higher management to provide them with all relevant/ needed information.
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation as prescribed by council / legislative regulations.
- Flexibility to work across different shift times due to operational requirements.
- Ensuring the team are trained as F&B superstars and are also growing and learning new skills for their own development.
Qualifications :
- A passion for people engagement and creating the next generation of hospitality leaders.
- Managing a large and dynamic venue.
- Ability to support and guide team members to reach operational expectations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
