Job Description
- Manage and scale affiliate partnerships through Impact.com
- Develop and execute datadriven affiliate marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
- Develop and launch new incentives and programs to drive acquisition
- Identify onboard and nurture new affiliates that align with our brand and growth objectives.
- Monitor and optimise affiliate performance to improve ROI conversion rates and lead quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Performance Analytics Brand Partners) to create integrated campaigns.
- Partner with affiliates to develop engaging promotions offers and content.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Manage budgets invoicing and reporting for affiliate programs.
- Provide regular insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience managing affiliate programs ideally with Impact.com or other platforms like Commission Factory Partnerize and Awin.
- Proven ability to scale partnerships and drive measurable results in lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics Salesforce or similar tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience working across multiple digital channels (Search Social Programmatic) is a plus.
