Job Description
As a Product communication executive for ixigo you will get to work on a wide variety of product offerings. You will be the voice of the brand and ensure that all outgoing communication is in line with ixigos brand guidelines. You will be working on
UX & UI communication for all ixigo products and apps.
Content marketing activities such as transactional/retargeting emailers push notifications release notes etc.
Customer service templates help center text and other CX content.
Qualifications :
- Full Time Graduate/Post Graduate in English Journalism or Mass communication.
24 years of experience in content writing / development.
Strong writing skills with an impeccable command over grammar.
High energy and drive to work.
Excellent team player.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously work within the team and with other departments.
The knack for editing and proofreading content with good researchoriented skills.
