We are looking for a creative content writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing with a basic understanding of marketing principles and social media trends. You will play a key role in creating engaging content that attracts educates and converts our audience. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in content writing while gaining handson experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Responsibilities & Duties
Write clear engaging and informative content for blogs articles website pages email campaigns and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business objectives and audience needs.
Conduct basic research to ensure content is accurate uptodate and relevant.
Assist in optimizing content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Support social media efforts by crafting posts and content that resonate with followers and drive engagement.
Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
Help maintain content calendars and meet deadlines.
Learn and apply best practices in digital marketing and social media content strategy.
Qualifications :
Basic experience in content writing with a portfolio of written work (blog posts articles social media posts).
Familiarity with digital marketing principles (SEO content marketing and basic social media management).
Good understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
Strong writing grammar and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in the areas of marketing and social media.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp etc.) is a bonus.
