Tasks
As a Recruiter (f(m/d) you will play a key role in the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the recruitment strategy in a fastpaced environment.
Your Responsibilites:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for both technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Actively source candidates using various tools including LinkedIn job boards networking events and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills cultural fit and motivation.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with successful candidates.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay uptodate with recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 45 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong experience hiring for both technical and business roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills particularly in contract and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Hamburg with a willingness to be in the office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in German or other languages.
- Experience working in an international and diverse work environment.

Please note: this is not a remote only position we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg Germany working from home on Mondays & Fridays coming to the office on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday! :)
