Job Description

At traide AI we empower enterprises to streamline their customs processes saving up to 87% of the time while minimizing errors. As we continue to scale were looking for a driven AE to join our team in Berlin. Youll be pivotal in growing our customer base building strong relationships and shaping our gotomarket strategy. Collaborating closely with our CoFounders and leadership team youll play a critical role in making trade compliance faster smarter and more efficient for businesses worldwide.

Aufgaben

  • Own the entire sales cycle from your first hello to sealing the deal
  • Build relationships with key decisionmakers in mid to largesized enterprises and uncover how traide AI can solve their trade compliance challenges.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals
  • Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how traide AI can address them
  • Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Actively track and report sales metrics to the leadership team

Qualifikation

  • 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related fields with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and datadriven sales methodologies
  • Fluency in German and English
  • A selfstarter mentality with a passion for achieving results in a fastpaced startup environment
