Job Description
The Data Analyst occupies an essential role within our datadriven organization collaborating with product tech and marketing teams while reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead. The primary purpose of this role is to support stakeholders in making informed decisions by proactively identifying challenges and opportunities through data analysis leading to tangible and positive impacts on the business.
What you will do:
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve business performance.Utilize statistical methods and data visualization to identify trends and provide data interpretations.
Gather analyze and translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
Suggest and evaluate product experiments.* Proactively contribute to improve team workflow processes tools etc. - Aid stakeholders in crafting wellinformed decisions.Suggest define and monitor impactful KPIs.
Identify relevant data and ensure availability.
Give data driven recommendations. Maintain data availability and improve data utilization.Design develop and maintain data models and databases.
Extract transform and load data for analysis. Conduct adhoc analysis and ensure data quality. - If asked mentor junior team members
Who you are:
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL Python and Tableau
- Knowledge in R Jupyter or similar tools is beneficial
- Strong understanding of databases data modelling and data integration.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with git docker or dbt is desirable.
- Background or familiarity in Data Science projects (ML pattern recognition forecasting fraud detection etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in the AdTech industry or in mobile app analytics is a plus.
