- Must have existing strong relationships with premium architect and Interior designer & builders.
- Customer Identification Generating & converting the lead in sales.
- Good Communication & Convincing Power.
- Good communicator in English and Hindi
- Prepare proposals quotes contracts or presentation for potential customers.
- Market study and competitors update for suggesting new expansion plan.
- Contacting potential leads independently for assigned areas & followingup till closing.
- Executing sales strategies for expanding the companys customer base across assigned areas.
- Identifying requirements & pitching our products & provide knowledgebased solutions to customers or Business partners on a regular basis.
- Regular followup with Customers & Business Partners to cultivate relationships in order to maintain the existing business & to expand the customer base & opportunity pipeline.
- Prompt followup for Orders Commercial Terms Payments Approvals and After Sales etc.
- Keep a track on competitor products & pricing & modifying the sales approach accordingly.
- Participate in various Marketing Campaigns to promote & establish existing & upcoming products.
Qualification: Any Graduation
