Job Description
Job Title: Operating Room (OR) Director
Location: Graham Texas
Shift: 8Hour Days
Salary Range: $100000 $120000 (based on experience)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR Director to oversee surgical services in a facility with two ORs performing 100150 surgeries per month. The ideal candidate will be wellversed in scrub circulate preop and postop procedures and willing to assist with surgeries if needed.
Types of Surgeries:
- Orthopedic (e.g. hip and total knee replacements)
- General (e.g. gallbladder removal)
- Cataracts
- Pain Management
- Podiatry
Qualifications:
- Education: BSN required MSN preferred.
- Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS required; CNOR certification is a plus.
- Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in smaller facilities.
- Skills: Experience with Meditech is a plus.
Additional Details:
- No oncall or afterhours shifts at this time.
