What Youll Do:
As the Director of Nursing you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Services. You will:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care programs.
- Mentor and empower nursing staff fostering a culture of excellence growth and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices in psychiatric and behavioral health nursing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) A foundation of excellence in nursing education.
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing Your ticket to making an impact.
- Prior experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health A deep understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of this specialty.
NicetoHaves (But Not Required):
- Leadership experience in Inpatient Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health. If youve led teams in this setting wed love to hear about your successes!
