Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architecture Leader to provide technical and strategic
leadership for our IT organization. This key position will be responsible for defining and working together with the IT Leadership team R&D and Gobal Consulting Group to drive the IT architecture strategy acting as the design authority for all internal IT systems and technologies. The candidate is expected to have the ability to be handson where required though that is not the primary function of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Essential duties and accountabilities
Lead the development execution and communication of the technology architecture business systems infrastructure data integration and security aligned with the business strategy
Working together with the members of a global IT Leadership team to coach and develop the team
Manage the Enterprise Architecture team
rovide leadership and mentorship to Solution Architects and Projects across the IT portfolio
Act as the technical design authority
Work together with colleagues in R&D and Global Consulting to deliver the first best customer vision.
Drive technical decisionmaking processes for major procurement initiatives and platform changes
Establish technical standards governance frameworks and best practices across the IT organization
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Technical Leadership Competencies
15 years of IT experience
Deep expertise in cloud architecture principles and experience leading cloud transformation initiatives
Strong background in system design distributed systems and modern software and data architecture
Experience working in complex technical landscapes in a fast paced environment
Track record of successful delivery of largescale missioncritical systems
Strong understanding of DevOps practices microservices architecture and modern development methodologies
Skills to Succeed
Expert & handson knowledge of major cloud platforms
Expertise in ERP systems
Handson understanding of system design principles to enable global scalability.
Expert knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
Proficient in modern frontend/backend/Data technologies
Expertise in containerization and Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD Infrastructure as code configuration management
Knowledge of logging and monitoring capabilities (NewRelic/DataDog/Grafana/Prometheus)
Knowledge of IAM best practices
