Job Description
- Lead transformative AI/ML projects that solve realworld challenges across industries.
- Be at the forefront of adopting and experimenting with cuttingedge AI technologies and tools.
- Influence the AI strategy and directly shape the future of our products and solutions.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving successful AI projects.
- Ability to travel frequently (3040%) to client locations
- Lead endtoend AI/ML project lifecycles including design development and deployment.
- Build and optimize models in NLP Computer Vision and Generative AI (e.g. GANs LLMs).
- Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions for NLP Computer Vision and Analytics.
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define AI strategies and deliver solutions.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and implement stateoftheart technologies.
Requirements
- 1015 years of experience in artificial intelligence machine learning or a related field.
- Proven experience with noncloud LLM deployments and architectures.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge communication gaps between various teams.
- Experience in developing machine learning text extraction and image processing algorithms and optimizing the existing algorithms.
- Coding experience in Python.
- Experience in products like CUDA toolkit CuDNN Theano Caffe TorchOpenCV or similar tools.
- Experience working with Cloud Services AWS Azure etc.
- Takes ownership of selfprofessional development
- The desired candidate should be a quick thinker and should have a track record of high performance product development.
- Additionally the candidate should be innovative dedicated and result oriented.
- Research experience is preferred.
- Strong background in Math especially in statistics modelling and matrices
- Strong expertise in AI Machine Learning Python TensorFlow PyTorch and Scikitlearn.
- Proficiency in Generative AI LLMs and cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
10-15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field. Proven experience with non-cloud LLM deployments and architectures.
