You will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions and improve operational efficiency. This position is responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting HR data to identify trends provide actionable insights and support workforce planning and policy development.
Responsibility
Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect organize and maintain HRrelated data including workforce demographics performance metrics compensation attrition rates etc.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reporting tools for key HR metrics.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improving workforce efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct predictive analysis to forecast hiring needs retention challenges and talent pipeline requirements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR leaders talent acquisition and other departments to understand data requirements and align analytics with organizational goals.
- Support diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by providing relevant data insights.
Technology and Tools:
- Utilize HR software and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel Google Spreadsheet Tableau) to manage and present data effectively.
- Optimize the use of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) for data extraction and reporting.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain the accuracy confidentiality and security of all HR data.
Key skills and experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 35 years of experience in HR analytics data analysis or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems data analysis software and visualization tools.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel Google Spreadsheet SQL Power BI Tableau or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
- Knowledge of HR metrics workforce analytics and best practices.
- Understanding of labor laws and data protection regulations.
