You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Specialist Vendor Health will assist in overseeing the vendor health process by supporting the development and execution of key strategies KPIs SOPs and training programs. This role will focus on ensuring smooth vendor onboarding driving performance improvements and contributing to the successful integration and growth of vendors. The specialist will work closely with Account Managers and crossfunctional teams to ensure operational efficiency and longterm vendor success.
Major responsibilities
Assist in implementing the vendor health strategy including helping set KPIs creating SOPs and contributing to the execution of training programs within the first 60 days of onboarding.
Track and monitor inventory health metrics collaborating with Account Managers to identify areas for improvement and optimize vendor performance.
Support the execution of engagement strategies including educational initiatives like Vendor University and gamification tools such as Vendor Rewards to improve vendor engagement and performance.
Assist in tracking and analyzing vendor performance identifying underperforming vendors and supporting rehabilitation initiatives through outreach and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Work closely with Account Managers and other departments (e.g. CRM operations) to support vendor management efforts and ensure operational success.
Qualifications :
Minimum 6 years of experience in vendor management account management or partner operations in industries such as technology ecommerce FMCG or food delivery.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; additional languages (especially European) are a plus.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to support vendor performance improvements.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure vendor success and alignment with business goals.
Ability to support vendor rehabilitation efforts and proactively address performance issues with effective solutions.
Selfstarter with a strong willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
