Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assess company's compensation and benefits offering providing insights and recommendations while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
  • Participate in annual merit review cycle preparing presentation materials for management discussions
  • Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle including salary reviews and adjustments.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.
  • Review and enhance existing benefits programs ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze salary trends compensation benchmarks and benefits data to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to identify opportunities for improving compensation programs and processes.
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
  • Implement best practices and recommend adjustments to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in compensation and benefits offerings
  • Prepare and present compensation data reports to senior management providing insights for decisionmaking.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and support talent attraction retention and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal compensation regulations including pay equity and reporting requirements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in compensation and benefits with a focus on data analytics and bonus/incentive program management.
  • Good understanding of compensation structures including base salary bonuses and longterm incentives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
