Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
Minimum 45 years of experience in compensation and benefits with a focus on data analytics and bonus/incentive program management.
Good understanding of compensation structures including base salary bonuses and longterm incentives.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
