Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Avaloq Technical Specialist (Interfaces CAPI/AMI/Micro Services):
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for users and collaborate with Business Analysts to identify root causes of system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of production defects to diagnose underlying problems.
- Propose and implement workarounds and permanent solutions for productionrelated issues.
- Evaluate system requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions for Avaloq functional changes.
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD) where required.
- Present and validate proposed solutions with users to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Perform system parameterization unit testing and system integration testing (SIT) as needed.
- Gain a thorough understanding of batch jobs their purposes and underlying functionalities.
- Provide technical solutions related to Avaloq system performance optimization.
- Review and audit code delivered by team members or external vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage support and enhancements for Avaloq Web Banking including development for businessrelated needs (CAPI/AMI/Microservices).
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum 6 years experience in banking industry.
- Strong experience in Avaloq banking systems and technical analysis.
- Experience in system configuration integration and testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for complex issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders including business users developers and external vendors.
- 1 year renewable contract.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 6500
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
