Prior experience of Travel TMC preferred and Ticketing Strong GDS funcitional knowledge Ability to deliver high levels of quality Client Management Responding to client queries/escalations on time with accuracy. Manage operational governance SLA Quality Reports Adhoc task etc. The ideal candidate must be willing to work nights.
