Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
- Drive market expansion initiatives across Hyderabad and Telangana.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients distributors and partners.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and areas for growth.
- Recruit train and manage a dynamic sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Establish and maintain longterm client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and client servicing.
- Track and report key sales metrics and KPIs to management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience specifically in the building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad and Telangana markets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for tracking sales performance.
