We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels and building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening scheduling creating offers and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Oversee the offer process including salary negotiations and background checks
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates industry professionals and academic institutions.
- Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to convert them into active applicants.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand talent availability and trends in the industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market data.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a fullcycle recruiter
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across multiple departments
- Strong understanding of recruiting in the technical space
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
