Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the fullcycle hiring process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns fostering a positive and professional workplace.
  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations provide guidance on career development and address disciplinary matters when needed.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance 401(k) and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions and claims.
Compliance & HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate HR records ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee workplace safety initiatives and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
  • Handle employee terminations offboarding and exit interviews.
HR Strategy & Development:
  • Support leadership in creating and maintaining a strong company culture.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions.
  • Stay up to date with HR trends labor laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7 to 9 years of experience in HR functions including recruitment employee relations payroll and compliance.
  • Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 to 9 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
