Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the fullcycle hiring process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns fostering a positive and professional workplace.
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations provide guidance on career development and address disciplinary matters when needed.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance 401(k) and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions and claims.
Compliance & HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate HR records ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee workplace safety initiatives and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
- Handle employee terminations offboarding and exit interviews.
HR Strategy & Development:
- Support leadership in creating and maintaining a strong company culture.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions.
- Stay up to date with HR trends labor laws and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
7 to 9 years of experience in HR functions including recruitment employee relations payroll and compliance.
Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 to 9 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
