Job Description: Customer Relations Officer
Department: Customer Service Outbound Phone Calls
Condition: FullTime 40 Hours per Week Australian Queensland Daytime
About the Role
Body Armour is seeking two proactive and dynamic Customer Relations Officers to join our Customer Service team. In this role you will play a crucial part in maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients by providing excellent customer service and sales support.
The position focuses on relationship management outbound calls inventory coordination and promoting our current product offerings. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers via email and phone.
- Outbound Sales and Support Calls:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to check inventory levels offer support and upsell current promotions.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize our CRM system (Zoho) to record and track customer interactions and manage data. Training will be provided for candidates unfamiliar with Zoho.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver general reports related to customer interactions sales activities and inventory updates.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in English:
- Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent to ensure clear communication during phone calls.
- Sales Experience:
- Background in sales or customer service with a proven understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Call Centre/HighVolume Environment:
- Experience in a call centre or similar role handling high volumes of customer service interactions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- CRM Systems Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Customer Service Systems:
- Competence in using other sales or customer service platforms.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goaloriented with the ability to upsell and maximize sales opportunities.
