Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am 5 pm PST
We are seeking a motivated and goaloriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the face of the company in engaging potential customers. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads building relationships and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.
Responsibilities:
Proactively conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients in the logistics and transportation sectors.
Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs to determine the best solutions we can offer.
Schedule meetings and demos with our sales team for qualified prospects.
Maintain uptodate records of leads activities and progress in our CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly leadgeneration targets.
Qualifications:
At least 25 years of experience as an SDR telemarketer or in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in cold calling and prospecting potential clients.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
Understanding SaaS solutions or logistics/fleet management is a plus.
Selfmotivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude coachable and eager to learn.
At least 2-5 years of experience as an SDR, telemarketer, or in a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Confidence in cold calling and prospecting potential clients. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms. Understanding SaaS solutions or logistics/fleet management is a plus. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn.
