Job Description

This is a remote position.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong American English accent and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing GoHighLevel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. In this role you will be responsible for generating leads conducting outreach and scheduling appointments to support the sales team in driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments between prospective clients and the client success ensuring thorough preparation and alignment for both parties.

  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to generate highquality leads that align with business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate uptodate lead information within the GoHighLevel CRM ensuring timely followups and data integrity.

  • Engage in clear and effective communication with prospects utilizing an American English accent to build rapport and establish trust.

  • Generate regular reports on appointmentsetting activities lead status and outcomes providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives strategies and messaging.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Inside Sales Agent Appointment Setter Cold Caller or in a similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective client interaction and relationshipbuilding.

  • Proficiency in American English with a clear and neutral accent.

  • Expertise in utilizing GoHighLevel CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead management and communication.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

  • Proven track record in implementing efficient strategies and utilizing tools to consistently generate highquality leads.
