Job Summary:
This is a remote independent contractor role where you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving sales and business growth for the company in the logistics and trucking industry. (Must be living in any of the following locations Texas/Georgia/Florida/Ohio/North Carolina/Tennessee/Indiana)
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Field Sales Representative for our client in logistics and trucking services. In this role you will identify new business opportunities build and maintain customer relationships and drive revenue growth through the sale of our transportation and logistics solutions. As an independent contractor you will enjoy the flexibility of managing your schedule while earning commissionbased compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research potential clients attend industry events and employ various lead generation strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Field Work Sales: Conduct onsite visits to potential and existing clients to build relationships present services and close deals effectively.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase our trucking and logistics services to prospective clients customizing solutions to address their unique needs.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture longterm relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure business agreements and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to uncover sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities client feedback and market conditions.
- Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed agreedupon sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in outside sales preferably within the logistics transportation or trucking industry.
- Experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation services including freight trucking and supply chain solutions.
- Existing network of contacts within the logistics/trucking industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.

Education
Bachelor s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred). 2 years of proven experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
