Customer Service Representative (Remote) MapleCraft Engineers
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Schedule: Fulltime (40 hours per week)
Shifts: 8hour shift between 6 AM 9 PM CST (including early evening and weekend shifts)
About the Role
MapleCraft Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a role that blends customer support customer success and customer experience management. As the face of our company you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth interactions with our clients resolving inquiries and proactively enhancing the overall customer journey.
This is more than a traditional CSR role you will function as a Customer Success Manager Customer Experience Manager and Customer Support Specialist helping clients maximize their experience while ensuring efficient communication between them and our internal teams.
What Youll Do
Customer Support & Troubleshooting Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency via email phone and live chat. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Customer Success & Relationship Management Build lasting relationships with customers guiding them through our processes and helping them get the most value from our services.
Customer Experience & Process Improvement Identify pain points in the customer journey and work with internal teams to improve processes for a better client experience.
Proactive ProblemSolving Anticipate potential concerns and provide proactive solutions reducing customer frustrations and increasing satisfaction.
Feedback & Documentation Gather customer insights and feedback using them to improve support materials (FAQs help guides etc.) and advocate for product/service enhancements.
What We are Looking For
13 years of experience in customer service customer success or a related role (preferably in engineering construction or technology).
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to explain technical or operational concepts in simple terms.
Empathetic communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and remain calm in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
Techsavvy with experience using customer support software CRMs and digital communication tools.
Must have a dedicated workspace at home to maintain focus and professionalism.
Flexible availability to work shifts between 6 AM 9 PM CST including weekends as needed.
