Job Description

Compensation:
COP 2.8M/month.

Location:
Colombia Norte Centro Historico Barranquilla Atl ntico Colombia.

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative with patience responsibility and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience. The CSR is responsible for developing relationships between our clients service technicians and operations. We are looking for problemsolvers who enjoy working independently and as part of a team and are looking to start a professional career.


Requirements

Qualifications:
Soft Skills:
  • Positive attitude.
  • Kind empathetic and polite with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Emotional intelligence to handle stressed customers.
Hard Skills:
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Ability to type more than 40 words per minute.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of CRM systems is highly valued.
