Customer Support Specialist Latin America
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Salary: $1200 $1500 USD per month
Working Hours: 9AM 5PM EST
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and techminded Senior Customer Support Specialist based in Latin America to support our USbased customers. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills excellent English communication abilities and experience providing highquality customer support in a tech environment. This role will start with supporting one app and expand to multiple apps as part of our growth. We need someone who is proactive in learning new technologies and solutions able to replicate issues on iOS devices and can analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support for multiple apps focusing on trend analysis and troubleshooting.
- Replicate issues on iOS devices to better understand customer challenges and provide efficient resolutions.
- Deliver accurate and timely communication to both USbased customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and identify trends in customer inquiries and product usage to improve the overall support process.
- Collaborate with the team to scale support efforts as we expand from two to three apps per CSR.
- Maintain a proactive attitude toward learning including exploring new app features and keeping up with product updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Location: Based in Latin America (Central or Mountain time zone preferred).
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a techrelated customer support role.
- Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to think critically and analyze trends in customer interactions.
- Techsavvy with the ability to replicate issues on iOS devices.
- Proactive learning attitude with a desire to download apps explore features and stay uptodate with tech trends.
Device Requirements: Owns an iOS device for testing and issue replication.
