Job Description

This is a remote position.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the Executive Assistant will handle daytoday responsibilities related to the international leadership team including project coordination meeting and presentation presentations where needed taking notes for them and assisting with leading strategic planning processes as well as liaising with Ringier AG on strategic meetings and events.


They will also schedule tasks and interactions with various panAfrican colleagues work on presentations and ensure that the CEO remains in touch with the company.


Key Responsibilities


As the executive assistant to our CEO your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Liaison: Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Data & Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.

  • Event Management: Coordinate highprofile events and meetings ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning executing and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research gather relevant data and provide insightful reports presentations and recommendations to support the ILTs decisionmaking process.



Requirements

Skills and qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in business management or executive assistant role especially within Africa

  • Experience working with multicultural teams and departments

  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

  • Experience with project planning and management

  • Experience preparing for board meetings and presentations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills French knowledge will be an additional advantage

  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field

  • Experience in data analysis and budget management

  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Strong projectreporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communications
